Well folks. The time has finally come to get serious about my law journey. Now you could look at "getting serious" about law school is actually studying for the LSAT and getting into law school. Then graduating and getting taken on a wild ride! But to me, part of it is finding out what environment will be the right "fit" for you during your next 3-4 year
Being transparent, I just went to my alma-mater, UT-Martin, because my former college roommate suggested it. I did not go to U of Memphis because I was tired of Memphis and decided against UTK because I thought it was going to cost alot. TBH, i did NO research on the college that would be the best fit for me from an environment perspective but also what I wanted to do with my career. Luckily, GOD saw fit to continue to progreess me each and every year. Can i get an "Amen"?
Currently I may not be where I want to be, but Im getting 1% better EVERYDAY. Thats all i can ask of myself and my circle. :)
I feel like a D1 PG(cause im 6'0) prospect. This is kinda surreal considering Paul Pierce (KU bball alum) is one of my favorite players of all time. The itenerary is pretty much to meet with some heads of the department then sit in on a class then meet some current students. Then the next day, nothing really planned but Ill just check out the city.
With the start of this, ill begin to review more cases and go alittle more research into how I want to apply my technical background to the law.
This should be fun! :)
